Measure around your waist at the point where you’ll wear the brace, then match it to the size chart. Small 26″ – 32″, Medium 32″ – 38″, Large 36″ – 42″, XL 44″ – 50″, XXL 50″ – 56″. If you are between sizes, size down for a firmer fit or up for more coverage.
